We operate Monday – Friday. Delivery/Collections happen when we are in the area and depending on our schedule between 7am-4pm. We will not guarantee any times as environmental factors can cause a delay. We will do our best to place your skip bin where you request however please understand not all requests are able to be met – please chat with our drivers for an understanding. Should we have to collect your empty bin due to placement issues (council requests removal, not happy with placement) This will happen at the expense of the customer.
Please be advised that we cannot place bins on the road or footpath without a council permit as fines will apply. Our trucks require a minimum 3m wide space to reduce the risk of damage to the truck and our customer’s property – should you have a narrow space please ensure you let our office staff know at the time of booking.
All care is taken by our drivers to ensure the delivery and collection of the skip is carried out in a safe manner & Cheapa Skips WA will not be held accountable for any damage caused to the customer’s property where the driver has adhered to the customer’s instructions.
Please do not move your skip from its delivery position - If the skip has been moved from its delivery position and there is damage caused by the driver when collecting the skip, Cheapa Skips WA will not be held accountable.
Please remember skip bins are metal - if you ask for the skip to be dropped on your driveway there is always the chance of it being scratched. We suggest for new driveways or larger skips that the customer places timber planks down for the bin to be placed on - Cheapa Skips WA do not supply these.
Do not ask for Cheapa Skips to place your bin on artificial/synthetic turf. Refusal may offend.

Futile collection charges will apply & extended hire if the skip is not ready for collection when our driver arrives*

Should your bin be delivered and you change your mind or not happy with your purchase, refunds will be made minus an administration fee of $65.00 to collect the bin.
If the size your ordered is incorrect and you would like it swapped, the difference will be charged plus an additional $45.00 to cover staffing fee's.
